Step #1 
Schedule and come in for an Initial Consultation
This 60 min appointment gives us a chance to get to know you. Your history, goals, and needs are vital considerations for us to recommend and create the perfect program to provide you the most value and help you achieve your goals. Once we know these things we will explain in detail the options we have and which ones are the best fit for you. This allows us to show you what your unique experience in partnering with us will really look like. 
Step #2 
Decide if we’re the right fit for you
No pressure and no hidden terms.
We know it’s a big step, and we want you to feel confident that we are the right people to help you. 
Step #3 
Schedule your first session
Your first day with us includes 4 parts dependent on your needs and goals:
  • Functional movement screen – This allows your body to speak to us about its needs. Strengths, weaknesses, and injury risks
  • In-body body composition scan – This is to provide you motivation and objective measurements for muscle, fat, weight, inflammation, and other health metrics
  • Performance assessment – To set baselines and goals related to strength, endurance, and other relevant metrics.
  • Nutrition assessment/onboarding to give you initial steps and resources for your particular needs
