Hello, I'm

If you are an athlete looking to improve your sports performance and reduce chances of injuries, then you have come to the right place. Here at Progressive Health and Performance, I am a kinesiologists who specializes with the athletic and youth population. As a former collegiate athlete myself, I love helping other athletes reach their overall health and fitness goals along with increasing their performance.

My Mission

My mission is to empower you to be the best version of yourself physically, mentally and spiritually, on and off the court, by providing functional strength and conditioning techniques and different tools to help you be successful in your overall health.

My Story

My journey in health and athletic performance started at a very young age. Growing up I have always been very active, played sports, and loved food. As I went through high school I had a growing passion in the study of exercise, the body, and nutrition. I ended up going to Grossmont College for two years to get my associates degree and then transferred to The Master’s University to get my bachelors degree in kinesiology. While I was in college learning about exercise and performance, I was fortunate enough to put it into practice through playing on the beach volleyball team. Playing collegiate sports taught me how to safely exercise, train, and eat properly. I have always seen sports as a metaphor for life, how you prepare yourself physically and mentally will result in how you handle challenges that come your way, whether it is in a game or in life. In sports performance, preparing yourself is more than lifting weights and showing up for practice, it is what you do in the small things. It is what and when you eat, how you rest and recover, what you are doing to reduce injuries, and more. My goal is to help you not only understand proper training methods, but to also give you tools to be successful in all aspects of sports performance, and your overall health. Are you ready to take your game to the next level? Lets get in touch!
