Hello, I'm

How did I end up as a personal trainer? I will share, I grew up as a multi-sport athlete. My goal was always to take our game to the next level being bigger, faster, and stronger on and off the field. At a young age, I was dedicating myself to an abundance of overtraining to achieve my goals. Now knowing there is a multitude of different avenues to achieve those goals in a much safer way. I have shifted my fitness goals and training approach. When working with you, my goal is to help and assist you in developing you mentally and physically to achieve your goals while educating and supporting you along the way.

My Story

In high school I fell in love with lifting weights. As a football player, you were either on the field or in the weight room. I was fascinated with how the body responds and adapts to strength training, whether that being increased muscle mass or overall strength. That curiosity and drive led me down the path of becoming a strength and conditioning coach.

I completed my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at California State University, San Marcos (CSUSM). While doing so I worked directly with the head strength and conditioning coach at CSUSM, and helped oversee most sports teams. Mostly working with rotational athletes such as Baseball, Softball, and Golf. I continued working with the college for almost two years. Continuing my education, I went on to achieve my Masters of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in biomechanics at CSUSM.

Continuing my education I am going to receive my credentials in:
National Strength and Conditioning Certification (CSCS)
Tactical Strength and Conditioning Certification (TSAC)
United States of American Power Lifting Coaching Certification (USAPL)

How can I help you grow and evolve?

  1. Athletic Performance
  2. Strength
  3. Accountability
  4. Injury prevention.
  5. Keep athletes on the field longer.
  6. Improving mobility and flexibility.
  7. When working with people with pain or discomfort I pride myself in helping alleviate pain in discomfort through various modalities such, cupping therapy, assisted stretching, strength exercises.
  8. Support you in any way I can.

My Mission and Practice

My mission is to improve performance and overall health within all populations. I currently work with many athletes and tactical members within our PHP community and in the Murrieta/Temecula community.
